Peaceful setting with beautiful garden
The cottage is in a truly wonderful remote location tucked next door to the owners house.

Well stocked cupboards of crockery and utensils.
The lounge has two new comfortable armchairs, an electric coal effect fire, a wooden settle and a flat screen TV with full Sky package, DVD player.
Bedroom has double bed, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside lamps and cupboards.
The newly fitted shower room has spacious shower, wash hand basin, wc and electric towel rail.

The cottage dates from the 16th century, outside the lounge windows are bird feeders which attract many birds and, possibly due to the thick walls, they seem unaware of your presence a few feet away.
The cottage is 2 miles from Beulah with a village pub, shop and garage. Builth Wells is 10 miles away and Llanwrtyd Wells 6 miles.
Award winning garden is open this year for the National Garden Scheme.
The property has been graded as 4* by Visit Wales, which classes it as excellent.
