The cottage is in a truly wonderful remote location tucked next door to the owners house.
The cottage is all on one level, so good for anyone with walking difficulties but not big enough for a wheelchair.
Entered through its own private entrance into a small orangery, the kitchen is newly fitted with an electric cooker microwave, hob and grill; a fridge (a separate freezer is available next door in a shared utility room); a washing machine; a dining table with two chairs. Well stocked cupboards of crockery and utensils.
The lounge has two new comfortable armchairs, an electric coal effect fire, a wooden settle and a flat screen TV with Sky sports package, DVD player.
Bedroom has double bed, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside lamps and cupboards.
The newly fitted shower room has spacious shower, wash hand basin, wc and electric towel rail.

The cottage dates from the 16th century, outside the lounge windows are bird feeders which attract many birds and, possibly due to the thick walls, they seem unaware of your presence a few feet away.
The cottage is 2 miles from Beulah with a village pub, shop and garage. Builth Wells is 10 miles away and Llanwrtyd Wells 6 miles.
